Borgen S.Y.A is a private Security, Caretaker, & Concierge service provider that was opened in June 2024. This business was founded by David Borgen, who has over ten years of experience within the security industry.

The sole purpose of this business is to directly provide security services to prior clients who specifically ask for David Borgen and his associates.

Borgen S.Y.A is currently registered as a sole trader business. As a sole trader, David Borgen benefits from numerous advantages, one of the most significant being total control over all his business assets and decisions. This structure provides the flexibility and freedom to enhance his business practices according to his vision.

Under no circumstance will subcontractors be hired, Borgen S.Y.A will only hire high quality personnel directly to the business. If the need arises that more staff are to be taken on and Borgen S.Y.A looks to expanded ventures, then we will register as a company so that we may achieve such goals.

As of 2025, Borgen S.Y.A will also be producing media productions such as documentaries, fiction and non-fiction books, along with the official Borgen S.Y.A podcast.

The podcast will cover all matters relating to the security industry, public safety, blockchain security, and the evolving economic and social ecosystem that we will all have to confront, regardless of our position in society.
